But for My Holy Name

Ezekiel 38:21-23 (11/29/24) By Kim Gaddy
But for My Holy Name

21 “But I had concern FOR MY HOLY NAME, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations where they went.
Israel to Be Renewed FOR HIS NAME'S SAKE
22 ¶ “Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, B U T. FOR MY HOLY NAME, which you have profaned among the nations where you went.
23 “I will vindicate the holiness of MY GREAT NAME which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst. Then the nations will know that I am the LORD,” declares the Lord GOD, “when I prove Myself holy among you in their sight.

(( please read from verse 16 thru 24 and while you are reading contemplate how this has a practical application for our country, good ole America. This country was founded and based on God's word, His truth, principles, values, laws and commandments. I know this is not taught in schools these days and they have rewritten history but it is very probable and factual. All you have to do is research the actual founding fathers and the their actual documents and the letters they wrote. (That is a subject for another day.) But as you read keep in mind we were seen by the entire world as a Christian nation untill recent history. Anyway as you read this account of Israel and how they defiled the name of God to the world. Think about what we as a country have done how we have lead the world in abortions and the shedding of inocent blood. We even made it policy before we would give any aid to other countries. Then think about the LGBTQ agenda and the child exploitation and human trafficking we are pushing on the rest of the world. Then think about what we deserve as a country.(the same as Israel) Then pray for our country, ALL OF IT's LEADERS and the schools and the individuals. Pray for God restore his name and to completely purge, cleanse and heal our land. Pray for the hearts of all Christian's to unite in repentance and prayer for our country. Pray for God's mercy. Mercy we do not deserve BTW, but God is gracious and He says if we will repent and turn our hearts back to Him and Follow Him, He will heal our land. It will hurt for a while as any wound does when it is treated and prepped so it can start to heal. So be ready for a rough road for a while but keep your focus on Jesus, truly making Him the LORD of your life. Amen
